✨ What an amazing transformation!

This 3,000 sq.ft. black concrete floor was one of our biggest challenges.

The floor had:
✔️ A very heavy existing sealer.
✔️ Lots of cracks.
✔️ Years of wear that needed to be fixed before we could begin.

At OJ Concrete Ltd. & OC Epoxy Coating, we believe that every great floor starts with the right preparation.

Our process included:
🔹 Full concrete grinding.
🔹 Crack repairs.
🔹 MVB moisture barrier primer.
🔹 Metallic Charcoal epoxy.
🔹 Matte urethane topcoat for a beautiful and long-lasting finish.

The difference is incredible. We gave this old concrete floor a brand-new look and completely changed the feel of this home.

A Fresh New Look Without Replacing the Concrete. ✨

This 1,460 sq ft project included the garage, driveway, and sidewalk, giving the entire property a completely refreshed appearance.

Our client initially considered replacing the driveway. However, with several large mature trees surrounding the area, there were concerns that disturbing the root system during demolition could create additional challenges. After discussing the available options, they chose to restore the existing concrete with our epoxy coating system.

For this project we installed:
✔️ MVB Epoxy Moisture Barrier
✔️ Full Broadcast Decorative Flake
✔️ Two Polyaspartic Topcoats to provide added protection and durability for exterior exposure.

The transformation speaks for itself. The worn concrete now has a clean, modern finish that completely changed the look of the home.
