Silver Ridge is proud to have completed this beautiful medical office space at Fairmont Medical Office, located at 3428 Fairway Plaza Road South.

The project brings together clinic, pharmacy, and wellness areas in a warm, modern environment designed for both patients and staff.

Once the early vision for Nova Clinics was confirmed, the next step was design. This stage is a regular part of Silver Ridge’s process and a key part of how we help clients move from an idea into a buildable project.

Our team worked with the consultant team, participated in design meetings, reviewed constructability, and helped coordinate the details that would shape the finished space.

For Nova Clinics, that included working through base building alterations, supporting coordination with the City of Lethbridge, and helping the client understand how the design decisions would translate into the final clinic environment.

Design is where the project starts to really feel real. Silver Ridge was proud to help guide that process and keep the vision, the drawings, and the construction path moving together.

Nova Clinics was an exciting project for Silver Ridge Construction because we were brought in at the idea stage.

Being involved early is part of our preferred process and one of the places we bring the most value to a project. Silver Ridge helped the client understand whether the space could support their vision before moving forward with the purchase of four condo units.

We provided preliminary design input, validated space requirements, reviewed early construction considerations, and coordinated with both base building and interior engineers on structural alterations required to support the client’s needs.

By looking at the space, the intended use, and the project requirements early, Nova Clinics could move forward with more confidence in what the space could become. This is how early construction involvement makes a real difference.

Silver Ridge is currently progressing the new 7-bay Kal Tire at SD Crossings in Lethbridge, with exterior work moving forward and the service bay layout now clearly taking shape.⁠

From the showroom and customer areas to the service bays, this project is moving into the stage where the building starts to look more and more like Kal Tire.⁠

Owners reach out at many different times. Sometimes they have land, maybe a business problem, they are experiencing growth, maybe their building no longer matches their operations.. Those are all enough of a reason to start the right conversation.

Silver Ridge is currently progressing the CRU buildings at SD Crossings Phase 1 in Lethbridge, AB, with exterior work nearing completion and interior construction well underway.

The project includes multiple commercial retail units designed to support future retail, medical, and restaurant tenants. On site, the team is working through drywall, mechanical/electrical coordination, roofing, and interior preparation as the spaces continue to come together.

This is the stage where people can start to imagine what the area will become — the future businesses, services, and spaces they will soon have access to. As the buildings take shape, the project starts to feel more connected to the community it will serve.

Many construction issues happen well before the actual construction begins. Which can look like an unclear scope, budgets based on hope instead of real numbers, design that does not match the Owner's actual operations, site conditions not reviewed early enough, and a schedule that never had enough room to begin with.

By the time those issues show up on site, they are more expensive to fix. And that is why Silver Ridge puts so much value on the early conversations.

Before construction starts, we want to understand what the owner is trying to achieve, what the project needs to support, and where the risks are hiding. Great construction is about making informed and confident decisions before the build begins.
