April 28 marks National Day of Mourning.

It’s a time to honour and remember those who have lost their lives or been injured on the job — and to recognize the lasting impact on their loved ones and communities.

At All Roads, safety is at the core of how we operate. It guides our planning, our training, and the way we support our crews in the field.

Today, we take a moment to reflect and recommit to creating safer workplaces for everyone.

In an industry known for high turnover, we’ve been fortunate to see something different at All Roads over the past three years.

Those numbers don’t happen because of policies — they happen because of people.

Because crews look out for one another.
Because leaders make time to mentor.
Because effort is recognized and growth is earned.

The credit belongs to the operators, labourers, coordinators, plant crews, and office teams who show up every day and make this a place worth staying.

We’re proud of the culture our people have built — together.

Behind every major rebuild is a team making it happen.

Our crews are currently working through a complex urban intersection upgrade — the kind of project that takes coordination, patience, and a lot of teamwork across many groups.

In busy neighbourhoods, the work goes beyond construction. It’s about keeping people moving, supporting nearby businesses, and making sure everyone gets home safely at the end of the day.

Proud of the crews showing up and doing the work.

Notch wedge joints save time, reduce tons of material, and help cut down on waste — smarter paving all around.

Throwback to 2023 — a look back at some clean grading work in Maple Ridge. Steady progress, solid results.

We work nights to keep Metro Vancouver moving—tight windows, zero excuses.

“Echelon paving” = two lanes paved at once to minimize joints and improve smoothness.
We use it where it makes sense paired with notch wedge joints for durability.

Throwback to 2021 — paving on Highway 17 and Highway 91, including some long nights under the lights. Another great example of teamwork, precision, and dedication out on the road.

From plant tours to partner demos, we open the doors so clients, students, and more can see how modern asphalt is made.
