Lot’s went into this floor in East Van! (do forgive my lack of photo and videography skills 😆)

1️⃣ multiple border inlay re-configurations to suit new layout

2️⃣ re-trim the staircase with a new nosing (looks 👌🏼 with that glass railing)

3️⃣ multiple repairs and board replacements throughout

We used the Advanced Technology finish from called “InvisibleProtect” for this project. It leaves the floor with an ultra-matte sheen and the colour of unfinished wood. Creating a unique look and texture.
