These fascias had been overdue for repair for quite some time, and exposure to the elements was starting to take its toll. Damaged and deteriorating fascia doesn’t just affect appearance — it allows moisture to get in, which can lead to rot, staining, and bigger roof and framing issues down the road.

We removed the failing material and installed 150 linear feet of new fascia, properly fastened and cleanly detailed to restore the roof edge and protect the structure. Everything is now fully prepped and ready for exterior painting in the spring, once temperatures and conditions are right 🎨☀️

🏠💧 Roof Leak Diagnosed & Fixed — The Right Way
A homeowner was dealing with a persistent roof leak and couldn’t pinpoint the source. After a thorough inspection, we traced the issue back to two improperly built skylights.

🔍 What we found:
• Deteriorated decking around both skylights
• Undersized skylight curbs built with 2x3 framing
• Failing and incorrect flashing details

🛠️ What we did:
• Removed damaged roofing and replaced all compromised decking
• Reframed the skylight curbs to 2x6 lumber for proper height and durability
• Installed new, correctly detailed flashing systems
• Replaced surrounding asphalt shingles
• Fully sealed and watertightened both skylights
