Replacement of overhead power lines with underground service.
As the neighbour was building a new home with underground services it allowed our client to remove their overhead power lines and move them underground where they will be unseen and not hinder deliveries by bigger trucks.
Upon burying the power lines we gave the grass area some fresh soil for seeding with a solid packing to the driveway area.

There were a couple of major issues affecting the drainage system around this apartment building. The fence posts were augered through one of the drainage pipes in multiple places pooling the water collected on the roof at the patios.
We upgraded the front of the buildings drainage system to today’s standards, added an interceptor drain at the back and re-routed several rain leaders.

After we installed the new paving stone patio, we built this beautiful semi private deco fencing.
To build this fence, we used western red cedar posts and yellow cedar trim around a black composite patterned screen. At the base of the fence, the client requested a treated 4x4 post to stop the puppy from trying to dig under the fencing.
