For this project, TFP Stairs & Railings created a staircase and railing system featuring crisp white components paired with contrasting black metal pickets. The combination continues from the main staircase through the landings and upper-level railings, creating a consistent look throughout the home.

The result is a bright, clean staircase that stands out without feeling disconnected from the surrounding space.

A staircase transformation can begin well before the final finish is applied.

For this project, TFP Stairs & Railings updated a custom curved staircase featuring wood treads and handrails, painted components, and decorative black metal pickets. The before-and-after images show the staircase transitioning from the existing darker wood finish to newly installed, unfinished wood components.

The lighter, natural wood shown in the after images is still awaiting its final finish, but the transformation already highlights the updated craftsmanship and character of the staircase.

Once finishing is complete, the stain and surrounding details will bring the entire stair and railing system together.

For this project, TFP Stairs & Railings replaced traditional stained components and turned spindles with a custom staircase featuring natural white oak, square newel posts, and decorative black metal pickets. The updated materials create a brighter, more contemporary look while maintaining the warmth and character of the space.

In an open-concept home, the staircase plays an important role in shaping how the surrounding space feels.

For this project, TFP Stairs & Railings designed a custom stair and railing system that complements the home's open layout while providing definition between each level.

Painted components, natural wood treads, and black metal pickets were selected to introduce contrast while maintaining a clean, understated appearance.
