Mascon Restorations is pleased to be completing the balcony restoration project at 115 Barrett Court in collaboration with Art Engineering

The project includes comprehensive concrete repairs, installation of a new waterproofing membrane system, and replacement of the existing railings with new aluminum-and-glass assemblies.

These improvements will enhance the building’s safety, durability, weather protection, and overall appearance while extending the service life of the balconies.

We’re pleased to be advancing the envelope replacement project at 235 Water Street in Prescott, Ontario, where our team and trade partners is completing a full exterior rehabilitation, including:
• Window replacement
• Patio door replacement
• New balcony railing systems
• Balcony waterproofing
• EIFS over-clad installation
