What started with a late-night phone call and a trial run to try and dry out the arena quickly turned into a much bigger job. Instead of simply drying the surface, we had to completely change gears—cleaning out the entire arena and bringing in all new material.

None of this would have been possible without an incredible team effort from people who were willing to step up at a moment’s notice.

A huge thank you to Andrew Parnitsky from Kerrobert Sand & Gravel for answering my late-night call and making sure there was a large enough stockpile of screened sand ready to go first thing in the morning, for us to haul.

Thank you to Dan Mitchell from Mitchell Process Services, who didn’t hesitate for a second to jump into one of our units and help clean out the arena.

To our employees—thank you for putting in the extra hours and effort to make this happen on such short notice. Your dedication and willingness to go the extra mile never go unnoticed.

And finally, thank you to the Kerrobert Rodeo for trusting us with such a large task on a very tight timeline. We know how many countless hours of planning and preparation go into putting on a rodeo, and we’re grateful we could play a small part in helping ensure the show could go on.

This is what small communities are all about—people coming together, stepping up when it matters most, and making the impossible happen.
