Chelsea wears a lot of hats and makes it all look easy. She’s the quiet strength that holds it down at home, raising two incredible kids, keeping Bud on track, and somehow still finding time to out-fish the guys or swing a solid golf game. Meet Milly – Head of Security, Unofficial Therapist

Ten years in and still clocking in like it’s day one, Milly has been with us through it all — the moves, the messes, the renos, and the growing crew. She’s not just the family dog — she’s Chelsea and Bud’s first baby, Kinslee and Noah’s best friend, and the fur-covered glue that keeps the chaos grounded.

Part mutt, part mystery, and 100% good girl, Milly is equal parts emotional support, site supervisor, sunbeam napper, and snack inspector. She doesn’t say much, but her side-eye speaks volumes — especially when someone’s slacking or trying to sneak past without telling her she's a good girl.

Whether she’s riding sh***un, swimming in the river, snoozing in the gravel or quietly keeping an eye on her people, Milly reminds us what loyalty really looks like.

She’s been here since the beginning. And let’s be honest — we’re all just lucky to work for her.

Liza Needham – A.K.A. Mom, Lita, Sweetie Pie, and the Dreamer With a Drill

Interior designer. Property flipper. Visionary. Entrepreneur. Liza’s been turning “What if…” into “Look at this!” for decades — from the hills of BC to the beaches of Mexico.

The youngest of John and Georgianne’s five kids, she grew up learning the value of hard work, creativity, and making the most out of whatever you’ve got. She doesn’t just imagine beautiful spaces — she builds them. And when she’s not mapping out a project or managing a flip, she’s loving on her grandkids, offering up big ideas, or reminding the rest of us to dream a little bolder.

She’s part of the magic behind this family — a believer, a doer, and the one who keeps us grounded when things get messy and dreaming big when things get small.
