Skincare production meets construction

We recently completed a state-of-the-art tenant improvement for MyMagicHealer, transforming a new industrial shell into a purpose-built facility for the production of their proprietary skincare products.
•
This wasn’t your average TI. The finished space brings GMP-standard and FDA-compliant productions, product development, quality control, packaging and labeling, warehousing, shipping and distribution together under one roof. Along with offices, meeting spaces and staff amenities to keep it running.
•
Redline was involved from the early stages through completion, providing reconstruction consultation, design input and CADD drafting, municipal and landlord coordination, procurement, trade management, technical support and cost control.
•
A highly specialized facility takes a lot of coordination behind the scenes. Working closely with the client, consultation and trades, we created a space tailored to how MyMagicHealer operates today, with the flexibility to support where they’re headed next.

A pretty cool look behind the walls of an industry we don’t get to build for every day.

Every build has another chapter waiting to be written

From new offices and collaborative workspaces to upgraded mechanical systems, plumbing replacement, integrated security, Cat6 infrastructure throughout, every detail was designed to support the demands of a contemporary government office.
•
The result is a space that feels both professional and welcoming. Warm wood finishes, natural light, and calming blue and green tones soften the environment while providing a durable workplace built to serve staff and the public for years to come.

It’s another example of how thoughtful construction can breath new life into an existing building, and why renovations remain some of our favourite projects.
