From fire to finish - PM Automotive is back 🔥➡️🏗️
This 5,100 sq. ft. rebuild in Kelowna replaces the original shop that was lost to a fire in 2024.
•
This modern shop features a precast concrete and structural steel shell, TPO roofing, wood-framed mezzanine and upper floor, plus fully finished sales, service, and office areas.
•
The result is clean, efficient, and fully optimized for business. Redline handled everything from design coordination and permit support to procurement and construct management. Delivered in time, on budget, and built to last.

Before Redline had steel-toes, we had steel quads 🦵☀️

That’s our boss Bernard with the legs-fer-days back in the Abe & Sons era - the prequel to Redline. Proving that short shorts and mustaches were the required PPE.
•
Back when shirts were optional, hard hats were nonexistent, and concrete work doubled as a foot exfoliator and a free tan.
•
Abe, Bernard’s dad led the crew in Osoyoos area during their humble beginnings. Style trends? Questionable. Work ethic? Unmatched.
•
Our WCB rate is a testament that our safety stands have come a LONG ways.

This one was personal 🏀

With Boe, one of our PMs (and resident baller) leading the charge, every decision on this outdoor court in Oliver was made with players in mind.
•
What started as a patch of grass is now a full community court, designed for people who live to shoot hoops. This was a passion project done right, from drainage and grading to surfacing and layout.
•
The City is thrilled, the locals are hooping, and Boe’s proud to see his dream become reality. It’s been in heavy use ever since and seeing how much it’s brought to the community is exactly why we do what we do.

Step inside the Sutherland Design Build, where functionality and versatility meet

This building isn’t just a striking presence from the outside. It’s a carefully curated space designed to house a diverse mix of businesses. Inside you’ll find a laundromat, a flower shop, a corporate headquarters, and state-of-the-art office space for rent. Each seamlessly integrated into the buildings modern design.

The office interior was built using the DIRTT Construction System, a high-performance modular wall system that allows for adaptable, efficient, and sustainable workspace solutions. This system ensures flexibility for businesses as their needs evolve.

Every detail was designed by .architect with purpose, ensuring the space meets the needs of both business owners and customers alike.

Designed for impact, built for legacy 🏗️✨

This Sutherland Design Build project required vision, precision, and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities. Situated on a trapezoidal corner lot with multiple site constraints—an active driveway to the car wash, busy surrounding roads, and a protected riparian zone.
•
Rather than seeing these as obstacles, we worked alongside Fox Architecture to develop a solution-driven design that activated the site while maintaining a strong architectural presence.
•
With most of the buildable space covered, an efficient construction method was key to ensuring the project stayed on track while respecting the surrounding environment.
•
The final result is a high-end commercial building with extensive use of glass that creates a striking exterior presence while maximizing natural light for energy efficiency and boosting employee morale. It serves as a legacy building designed to serve the community for years to come.

Rising from the ashes 🔥🏗️

Back in 2017, a fire left this pool building in need of a complete rebuild. Everything down to the pool deck was demolished, and built around it.
•
The new building features a sleek, angular roofline, with large windows to bring in natural light. A mix of stone, metal, and stucco finishes complete it for a contemporary look.

Sometimes, a renovation just isn’t enough 🏗️

The project back in 2015 started as a renovation, but unforeseen structural concerns led to a full rebuild. The new wing brings modern upgrades, increased guest comfort, energy efficiency, and exterior feature lighting ✨
