Are your Cedars receiving enough water this summer?

With Okanagan temperatures peaking, our Cedars are more susceptible to drying out.

Lightly spraying the tops of your hedges isn't sufficient for their roots. It's crucial to thoroughly drench the base root system to stabilize and strengthen the plants.

If you're currently watering twice a day in temperatures above 30 degrees, consider increasing watering sessions to 3-4 times daily.

Avoid watering the tops of the hedges; focus on the base. Hand watering is more reliable and effective compared to sprinklers or drip irrigation systems.
