This amazing customer was one of those customers contractors dream of having. From start to finish they made working in their home very easy and were very accommodating. They wanted to update their kitchen and add this backsplash to compliment their newly installed quartz countertops. The install went smooth from start to finish and the backsplash gave the final touch to this kitchen 💫

Over here at RJL tile it’s been super busy and I’ve been slacking on the side of things. Here’s a shower that was an emergency job as the original install had no support under the shower base leading to a cracked shower pan. During the demolition I came to the realization there was no waterproofing in place, either leading to this shower being prone to failure no matter what. After everything was gutted, I started off with proper and level 2x4 framework finished off with a 1/2” sheet of plywood. With the Saniflo systems in place, proper install is crucial as the shower needs to be raised off the ground to allow for fall in the plumbing. The new base is adhered to the plywood and a gorgeous 12”x24” white carerra tile with manhattan grey grout brings out all the brightness this basement has to offer. Another happy customer with a code compliant shower to last them a life time 👍🏼

As promised, final pictures!!
This bathroom got a huge makeover. The subway tile throughout the whole bathroom and shower had to be removed due to tiles falling off the walls which created a breeding ground for mold and further damage. After we got rid of the mold it was time to raise the shower height with Schluter Waterproofing Systems (only the best) to prevent future mold growth and damage. A beautiful 8” x 24” tile was chosen with all black accents and two 10” wide shower shelves installed. Another happy client with a modern beahtroom 🤩
