Hi everyone, Unfortunately I have some bad news. Due rising costs, July 10 PGR will cease full time operations and will revert to limited casual/part time services. Warranty service will only be available via manufacturer reimbursement options. Thank everyone for your support over the last 2 years, it has been a pleasure to see and meet all of your beautiful families.
What does this mean for you?
-Hot Tub and Appliance Repairs are still available, but will be delayed for up to 2 weeks at a time.
-Warranty service must be paid up-front, and claimed by you. Not every manufacturer offers this service, please check before scheduling as you may get a new appliance for free from your manufacturer!
-Sealed system (Refrigeration) is no longer being offered. Electrical work on fridges and freezers remains available. Inspections remain available.
-Dishwasher installations remain available, subject to delays.
-Text message and email are the best ways to reach me, voicemails are not regularly checked.
-Appointments will be prioritized according to "First come first serviced" basis. Hot tubs will take priority over appliances.
-For the moment, parts ordering is not available. This may return in the future.
-Local service only -- Moonbeam to Val-Rita. Unfortunately travel beyond these communities will not be possible. There will be a travel surcharge for Moonbeam residents due to fuel costs.
