As ADC Construction continues growing, we’re actively looking to take on more detached garage, shop, and post-frame style building projects alongside the residential renovation and exterior work we already offer throughout the area.

While ADC Construction continues to focus on:
• decks
• garages
• basements
• bathrooms
• drywall finishing
• tile work
• and residential renovations

— we’re also very interested in expanding further into:
• acreage shops
• cold storage buildings
• hobby shops
• toy/equipment storage buildings
• and other practical post-frame style projects.

Our goal is simple:
bring the same level of workmanship, communication, professionalism, and attention to detail that we already apply to our residential projects into larger building projects moving forward.

We’re currently building relationships with suppliers and engineered package providers as we continue expanding the services ADC Construction can offer throughout the area.

From rough board-stage drywall to a clean paint-ready finish.

Another basement drywall finishing project completed locally — including taping, corner bead installation, multiple coats of mud, sanding, and drywall finishing throughout the space.

Long wall runs, bulkheads, basement window returns, and difficult inside corners were all finished to create clean, consistent lines ready for primer and paint.

Good drywall finishing makes a huge difference once paint and lighting go in — especially in basements where long wall runs and bulkheads tend to expose imperfections.

Complete start-to-finish renovation, exterior and interior brought together into one clean, modern space.

Exterior upgraded with new siding and Novik stone veneer to give the building a clean, finished look with added depth.

Interior refreshed with new flooring, trim, paint, and targeted updates to clean up and modernize the space while keeping everything functional and ready to use.

Project highlights:
• Three windows removed and framed in
• Two window openings resized and new units installed
• Full interior finishing completed throughout

This is what a properly completed project looks like when everything is handled as one scope and not pieced together.

I don’t always catch photos of every finished detail, but the focus is always on doing the job right behind the walls just as much as what you see on the surface.
