Finished up our most recent bathroom renovation in Cochrane! It was an honor to do this job for a teacher who taught me so much when I was in school and even taught some of my boys. Blake Hendry took the lead on this job at 18 years old and challenged himself and we are quite proud of his work! It seems to be bathroom season as we have 4 more lined up. This is a good example of the winter we've had. Almost daily snow plowing and snowblower as well as shoveling. If its not snowing its blowing or the town or city snow removal team pushes snow in front of our customers homes. Its been a challenging winter to say the least. We've learned alot and I have to say if it wasn't for Seth Hendry helping me out with snow removal it would have been absolutely impossible to try and keep up. This is Isaac. I met Isaac by getting called to his house to look at a leak in his basement shower. After talking with Isaac for a few minutes it was obvious that he had a wealth of knowledge about plumbing among other things and didn't really need our help. By the time we finished talking I was convinced that I was going to offer Isaac a job. He had a great attitude and quickly became a pillar within the Bison Property Management family. Isaac is never afraid of a challenge and makes everyone around him better. Having gone to school for plumbing Isaac brings alot of experience to the table. He also likes to surprise us with on site lunches of his famous moose meat. After being with us for over a year he still makes our workplace a happy and productive one. This man is a big part of our success and loves teaching the newer guys and is usually the dirtiest one when the task is done. Companies are built around people like him. So please help us show Isaac some love and appreciation! Thank you Isaac for your hard work and we look forward to many more years to come!

People tend to shy away from taking on a co op student. "Its too much work " or "kids nowadays are lazy." Well allow us to tell you about our first experience with our coop student Isabelle. The opportunity for Isabelle came up and she was excited. Young people getting into renovations and physical work like this isn't very common anymore. But Isabelle had a great attitude right from the start and she didn't shy away from getting dirty. She learned quickly and became an amazing partner of our crew in no time. The guys on the crew took the time to show her how the tools worked and made sure she was comfortable using them. Isabelle was a natural when it came to plastering. This young lady could plaster and when she was done, it barely needed any sanding. She helped with demolition, framing, drywalling, mudding and painting. She worked alongside the crew with a smile. Some of the jobs we took on were pretty nasty but she held her own. Its important for youth from all walks of life to be able to learn and to feel safe at the same time. Thank you Isabelle for your hard work and you have a job waiting for you whenever you want. We hope you like our little thank you gift for everything you've done! Enjoy the heated coat and it couldn't have been a better winter for it. From all of us at Bison Property Management Services, thank you for being part of our family!

People always wait until the spring to start booking their renovations. By then most companies are swarmed with people looking to get work done! Start booking now and get on the list! This lovely couple had been stranded since Dec 27th! Due to physical limitations they were unable to get out and shovel the massive amount of snow that was dumped on them. I could hear the concern in her voice. She was very kind and patient and very appreciative when we showed up. I am pleasantly surprised with how this snow bear V Plow from Laflamme Mechanical has performed. Thank you to these amazing customers. People are still stuck in some cases and now that we are caught up with all our regular customers, we are able to help out those who might still need assistance. For our snow removal customers please know that as soon as we can get mobile we will be out plowing and shoveling. Roads are closed everywhere and the visibility is very poor. Please stay safe. We have snow drifts on our road taller than our truck. We will be coming to shovel as soon as possible.

Our End of driveway program has been a big hit among those who have signed up! Basically it means that you can usually handle doing your driveway but you despise that row of snow that the town puts in front of your driveway! We have a route for snow removal that we do in Iroquois Falls and Timmins and we drive by your home and if there's a row at the end of your driveway we plow it off to the side! We are out every morning! Its 20 bucks per time. One of our first Leslie called it "a gamechanger." No one wants to deal with the heavy ice filled shear pin breaking pile so let us take care of it for you! Message us to sign up!

Bison Property Management Services is all set up with our new snow removal equipment. Thank you to Laflamme Mechanical in South Porcupine for this amazing plow! And the installation was not easy but they did an amazing job! Even the extra battery in the box is so well done! Thank you again. Highly recommend Laflamme Mechanical for your plows! Ready to take care of our customers! We have a route established with limited spots left. Preference goes to our seasonal customers but give us a call and we'll try and fit you in!
