Spring isn’t behind this year… it just feels like winter never really let go.

After months of steady cold, we’ve officially entered the Muskoka temperature rollercoaster—where a hint of warmth shows up, then disappears just as quickly. Safe to say, everyone’s ready to move on from winter.

At Earth Elements, we’re gearing up for the season ahead and looking forward to the return of green lawns, budding trees, and that unmistakable feeling of everything coming back to life.

Behind the scenes, we’re preparing for another season of thoughtful, high-quality installations—smart irrigation systems, refined landscape lighting, immersive outdoor audio, and water features designed to complement Muskoka’s natural beauty.

We’re looking forward to new projects, new collaborations, and continuing to shape some of the region’s most beautiful properties.

Spring will settle in soon. When it does, we’ll be ready.

Lighting install in progress — and this one is shaping up to be something special.

We’re using Brilliance Metal Works modern path lights to subtly illuminate the granite walkways, paired with soft wash lighting and Cast downlights that tie in beautifully with the copper accents on the cottage.

The team has been putting in serious effort to get this wrapped up, and it’s extra meaningful as it’s for a family friend — a rare and rewarding opportunity up here in Muskoka.

Can’t wait to see it all come to life after dark. Night shots coming soon 🌙

Sunday service calls hit different when your son’s riding shotgun.
Boat rides to island cottages, orange Crush breaks on the dock, and Scout the pup keeping spirits high. We even squeezed in a wood-fired pizza stop at Pie. Not your average workday—just a solid Muskoka kind of Sunday.

Sometimes the job throws you curveballs. Other times… catfish. 🐟💦

Kicked off a spring start-up this week and ran into a mystery pressure loss on a lake-fed system. After testing everything we could think of, we narrowed it down to the main line under the dock.

Cut the pipe… and out slid a catfish. Same diameter as the pipe. Very much not swimming anymore. 😬

Apparently this little guy snuck through the pump screen and got himself perfectly lodged in the main line. Not ideal for irrigation flow.

One less mystery, one more fish story for the books. 🎣

rrigation spring start-ups are in full swing—and we’re officially past the halfway mark. We’ve also been wrapping up a few installs that carried over from last fall.

From a week of summer-like heat to a stretch of cool, damp, Scottish-style weather… it’s been a bit of a rollercoaster. But we’re pressing through, rain or shine, to get systems up and running across Muskoka.
