Kirsch Construction is looking for a reliable individual to assist with general shop, yard, and equipment support duties.

🎓 STUDENTS are ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!

🔨 Duties May Include:
• Washing and detailing company vehicles & equipment
• Shop and yard cleanup
• Emptying garbage and recycling
• Sweeping and general housekeeping
• Grass cutting and yard maintenance
• General labor and miscellaneous duties as required

👍 What We Offer:
✔ Part-Time hours
✔ Variety of indoor and outdoor work
✔ Hands-on experience in a construction environment
✔ PPE supplied (high-vis vest, gloves, safety glasses, and hard hat as required)

🔍 What We're Looking For:
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong safety mindset
• Self-motivated and willing to learn
• Able to work independently and follow direction
• Physical work involved – able to lift 50lbs
• Comfortable working around equipment and active work areas

⭐ Assets Preferred (Not Required):
• Skid steer
• Previous labor, farm, shop, or yard experience
