🌲 Trail progress!

We’ve been putting the mulcher to work, opening up walking trails throughout this wooded property. Clearing the brush and smaller growth has completely changed how accessible the property is while still keeping the beauty of the surrounding woods.

Another great project coming together for Targett Developments!

Another project coming together! 👏

This job included a little bit of everything — building up and preparing a new pad for a bunk house, along with plenty of top soil, crushed rock and a fresh gravel driveway. Everything needed for the finishing touches!

From getting the base built up and properly supported to the finished gravel, there was a lot of material moved on this one!

And speaking of moving material… does anyone recognize our employee Kevin from a few posts ago?! 👀 He’s been keeping busy!

Another solid job taking shape from the ground up. Stay tuned to see what’s next!

Our part of this riding arena project is officially complete!

We took care of the groundwork and getting all of the posts installed around the outside of the arena. With everything set and ready to go, we’re handing it over to the homeowners, who will finish up.

Always great to wrap up our portion of a project and see the progress made!

That’s a wrap on this one! 👷🚧

Our work here is complete, and we’re officially handing the project over to the framing crew. It’s always rewarding to see a site transform from the ground up and watch the next phase begin.

Wishing the framers all the best as they take it from here. As for us… it’s on to the next project!

Thanks for following along! Stay tuned for more updates from the Targett Developments team.

Would you believe this rock does more than just look good? 👀

This installation is designed to help control erosion, direct water, and protect the property from future washouts.

It’s one of those projects that not only improves the look of a property but also protects it for years to come.

👉 Have a drainage or erosion issue around your home or cottage? Send us a message—we’d be happy to help!

A strong foundation is the start of every successful build. Our crew has been hard at work preparing this site, installing the foundation, waterproofing, and getting everything ready for the next phase.

Quality work below ground means a solid home above it.

Stay tuned as this project continues to take shape!

🚨 NEW EMPLOYEE ALERT 🚨

We hired a new team member on Wednesday and put him to work on Thursday… and so far, he hasn’t complained once! 😎

This remote-control compactor is already proving to be a valuable addition to the crew, helping us achieve precise compaction.

The only problem? He doesn’t have a name yet.

So we’re turning it over to you!

👇 Drop your best name suggestions in the comments. Whether it’s tough, funny, construction-themed, or horse-related, we want to hear it.

We’ll pick our favorite and make it official!
