Was called out to finish some crucial things off before the Plumber could come and finish setting and installing the fixtures. The original contractor on this job ghosted the client and disappeared. So I stepped in and got it done for her. Casing and baseboards in both bathrooms, blinds and mirrors in master bathroom, touched up the entry door to the master bathroom and caulked around the windows in the door to fix rough paint from the last contractor. Replaced an outdoor receptacle cover, and replaced the dryer vent so it's secured and sealed up properly. All ready for the final touches 🙌. ❤

Before and After shots of some new crown molding and accent wall trim I just installed. This completely changes the feel of the room and really makes it feel finished as well as more elegant. Added the same kind of look to the bathroom wall as well to tie the two rooms together. All in all the client and I couldn't be happier with how this one turned out! Before and After shots of some deck stairs and railing just installed. Client contacted me to build these beauties after her new concrete patio was installed. The old steps she had before tye concrete went in were way too steep and completely illegal. These new stairs and railing are strong, built to last and are completely up to code. After and before shots of a recently completed pergola project. The client contacted me to replace the existing structures' posts, but upon inspection while dismantling the top components of the original structure , came to find that the original structure was hiding quite a lot of rot and decay. So, we opted for plan B, which was to completely demolish the existing pergola and build a complete new one while preserving the existing privacy screens. The new pergola presents a new design while using the old pergola details. Each piece has been carefully cut out and routered to mimic the old top structures profile while modernizing it and making it feel a bit more open. This new pergola also features a way to remove the privacy screen in front of the AC unit so it can be easily maintained. Dm Home Remedies H.R. Before and After shots of a recently completed partial concrete patio and deck replacement project. Client contacted us to replace the top section of the patio and rebuild the deck portion properly with an added handrail for safety. Demo'd the deck, cut and chipped out the old broken concrete, dug out and prepped a proper base underneath and repoured with new concrete. Oh, and the deck looks pretty nice too!
