After and before shots of a recently completed pergola project. The client contacted me to replace the existing structures' posts, but upon inspection while dismantling the top components of the original structure , came to find that the original structure was hiding quite a lot of rot and decay. So, we opted for plan B, which was to completely demolish the existing pergola and build a complete new one while preserving the existing privacy screens. The new pergola presents a new design while using the old pergola details. Each piece has been carefully cut out and routered to mimic the old top structures profile while modernizing it and making it feel a bit more open. This new pergola also features a way to remove the privacy screen in front of the AC unit so it can be easily maintained. Dm Home Remedies H.R. Before and After shots of a recently completed partial concrete patio and deck replacement project. Client contacted us to replace the top section of the patio and rebuild the deck portion properly with an added handrail for safety. Demo'd the deck, cut and chipped out the old broken concrete, dug out and prepped a proper base underneath and repoured with new concrete. Oh, and the deck looks pretty nice too! Before and After shots of a recently completed sunken floor raising project. Flooring used was Lifeproof Cobblestone LVP, and with custom-made new oak baseboards to match the rest of the house, this room has now been refreshed and looks incredible! ❤
