The only thing I did not do was the tiles..

Grout cleaning
New taps and bathroom single vanity counter top
All wall repairs that you can see with in 5-6 ft
under normal lighting
Unit painted 100% top to bottom 2 coats
Disposal of all garbage
baseboard ither salvaged or replaced
Time needed 2-3 weeks Work time .
I will follow the condo rules and I do my best to minimize all dust and debris as well as noise unfortunately there is some due to floor installation.
