Out with the old and in with the new! 💪

This project involved the complete demolition and removal of an existing pool, giving our clients the opportunity to reclaim valuable yard space. Once the pool and all related materials were removed, the area was carefully backfilled and compacted in lifts to ensure long-term stability and prevent future settling.

We then imported fresh topsoil, regraded the entire area for proper drainage, and meticulously prepared the ground for seed by fine grading and creating the perfect seed bed for healthy grass growth.

The result? A once unused pool area transformed into a beautiful, functional lawn that the homeowners can enjoy for years to come.

🚧 Rock Shelf Breakthrough & Drainage Solution 🚧

Another challenging job completed by Skiddy’s Excavation & Landscaping! 💪

This customer was dealing with serious water buildup and yard overflow issues. To solve the problem, we had to break through a solid rock shelf using our mini excavator equipped with a hydraulic breaker attachment. Once the rock was removed, we installed a new culvert and drainage ditch system to properly direct water flow away from the property. 🌧️➡️
