Forest Feasts returns on June 22.

An evening of shared tables, thoughtful cooking, and slow conversation, inspired by what early summer is offering right now.

For our June Harvest edition, we’re welcoming Alexis Macnab and Matthew Thompson of Raisin the Root for a multi-course plant-based dinner celebrating seasonal ingredients, fermentation, and vegetables at their peak.

Guests are welcome to join us for dinner only, or extend the experience with a stay at Hårtwood.

$130 per person. Wine and other beverages available separately.

A $25 deposit is required to reserve your seat and will be applied to your final bill.

Space is limited.

It started with questions.
What does it feel like to wake up here.
How does light move across a wall at the end of the day.
What do you reach for without thinking.
Where do you stop.

Those questions shaped everything.

A lot of the work lives in those decisions.
The ones that don’t announce themselves.

You just feel it, eventually.
