We are looking for an industrial Painter that has experience in painting in an industrial setting, such as shop, manufacturing etc. Paint booth and spray gun experience is a must. Please contact [email protected] or 416-910-2152.

The Spray Painter is responsible for painting components and preparing work pieces for the painting process.


• 3 to 5 years’ experience working in industrial spray painting an asset
• Familiar with metal fabrication environment
• Knowledge of compressed air spray process, respiration and the safe handling of combustible and flammable liquids and paints

• Paint work pieces by hand and/or using industrial spray gun

Capacity Planner for Software License Management

To support the development of a program of continuous improvement with OPS staff and relevant stakeholders designed to improve ITS software license optimization and entitlement;
• implement regular IT compliance reporting processes, utilizing automation wherever possible,
• understanding of automated software license information tools,
• implement the maintenance of vendor proof-of-entitlements,
• identify opportunities for software license optimization,
• advise on IT software license compliance terms and conditions,
• support industry best practices for managing software licenses and IT assets.

To participate in the development of expertise in software license inventory, verification, compliance reporting; contract and agreement status; and life-cycle management for established ITS’ third-party software vendors. To provide advice to DCO management and staff, cluster colleagues and key users based on established third-party software vendor expertise.

Provides expertise on inventory, lifecycle, contract, agreement, and compliance as they relate to software license management; leading the implementation of approved strategies into functional work and operational plans.
• Analyze and advise OPS staff and relevant stakeholders on software license optimization and entitlement and the need for adherence to software license terms and conditions in order to avoid license violations and the maximum utilization of procured software.
• Utilizing industry standard models, undertake quality assurance checks on licensing reports including compliance reports.
• Establish, communicate and audit regular software license position reports for identified software assets.
• Analyze software license position reporting; explain and review with senior management and highlight areas of risk or opportunity and working with SLOE managed service vendor correct any anomalies or utilize opportunities.
• In collaboration with ITS Procurement and Third-Party Software Vendors ensure the establishment and updating of software licensing proof-of-entitlements.
• Identify software license optimization opportunities through the analysis of compliance reports; leading or participating in approved follow-up activities with clients.
• Provide expert advice and guidance, recommending to the branch and division management on process or software improvement options.

Position Requires Knowledge of:

Expert knowledge on the functions, features and use of mid-tier server software, including usage and licensing models (i.e. PVU [processor value unit], User-based, Pools, Bundling) as well as discovery tools and techniques including, but not limited to ILMT (IBM License Metric Tool), HPSA (Hewlett Package Service Activator), AD (Active Directory), EIT (Enterprise ITSM Tool), VMware, HMC (Hardware Management Console) and custom scripting, in order to monitor software compliance, maintain software license currency and stakeholder support staff.

• Industry standard IT service management processes and best practices for IT software license allocations and contracts, to manage the provision of reliable and available software license services that meet ITS requirements.
• Quality assurance and testing models for reported licensing and compliance data.
• Emerging software and IT license management trends to anticipate, analyze, and assess new license and lifecycle management developments, benefits, risks and impacts on current processes if new software and processes are adopted.
• Unit, team and functional performance management measures and monitoring techniques to identify improvement opportunities related to IT software audits, management, utilization, allocation and revocation and assess value of any process improvements that are implemented.
