Looking for more than just a summer job?
B.W. Berch Concrete has been a trusted name in Grande Prairie’s concrete repair industry for over 30 years. We’re a company that values hard work, loyalty, and doing the job right.

We’re currently seeking General Labourers who are reliable, physically capable, and serious about working as part of a solid crew. This position is full-time with competitive wages, lots of hours (44–72/week), and benefits after 3 months.

Carpentry experience would an be an asset but our work includes:
• Forming, finishing, concrete cutting
• Rebar tying, gravel & tile rock placement
• Heavy lifting, demolition, tool use (jackhammers, saws, drills, etc.)

This job is physically demanding, outdoors, and fast-paced. If that sounds good to you—you might just be the one we’re looking for. If not, we appreciate your interest and wish you well.
