Growing up in a musical family, playing and singing songs was tradition at family get togethers. Music has always been very much part of my life, learning and writing songs while teaching myself various instruments along the way. After having three beautiful children with my wife, it became imperative for me to share this wonderful gift that I had passed on to me. When we moved to Goderich in fall 2020, it was obvious this amazing town is the place to raise our young family. I look forward to sharing my passion for music with our community with some original and traditional Christmas carols to celebrate this special season! Many thanks!

We've been getting lots of questions about the name "River Road Local". Some friends and family may have noticed the initials of the company "RRL" share the same initials with Ryan! (Robert Ryan Loosemore)
But wait, there's more...
When Ryan first started his business in Kitchener, providing personalized, local service to the community was top of mind. At that time, our family home backed onto River Road. He incorporated his name with our geographic location to create the company name.
After we moved to Goderich, it was a topic of discussion to change the name, however the beautiful Maitland River, and River Road just outside of Bayfield were reason enough to keep it!

It's official! Ryan has finished his last shift as a maintenance plumber at Laurier University.
River Road Local is licensed, insured and open for business in Goderich! Our family is looking forward to this new chapter and setting roots in 'Canada's Prettiest Town'.
