You want me to do WHAT monthly?

It might feel like another thing to add to your list but it’s important to check your furnace filter monthly, especially if you have construction, renovations, or landscaping happening at your home or nearby.
In these cases, your furnace filter may be collecting more dust than usual.

Drywall dust, sawdust, dirt, stonework, and other fine particles from work around your home can make their way indoors and build up on your filter. When the filter gets clogged, it can restrict airflow and make your heating system work harder to keep your home comfortable.

A good habit is to check your filter once a month.
If it’s dirty, replace it.

It’s a small thing, but regular checks like this can help your system run properly and keep your home comfortable.
