Sometimes you don’t need a bigger bathroom you just need to make better use of the space you already have.

We took this dated corner shower and completely transformed the area into a bright, modern custom barrier free shower, featuring floor-to-ceiling tile, a built-in floating bench, illuminated shower niche, lighting beneath the bench, rain shower head, handheld shower and sleek glass enclosure.

The footprint may not have changed much, but the look, feel and functionality certainly did. 🤍

We absolutely love seeing a vision come together, especially when the before and after speaks for itself!

Two Kinds of Contractors.

There are two kinds of contractors.

The ones trying to get to the next job.

And the ones trying to get this job right.

Those aren't always the same thing.

When we're building a shower like this, there's no prize for finishing first. No bonus for setting the most tile in a day.

The only thing that matters is whether every decision holds up when the room is finished.

That's why we'll stop to check a line.

Reset a tile.

Take the extra few minutes that nobody will ever see.

Those moments don't slow the project down.

They define it.

Because years from now, nobody is going to remember how quickly this shower was built.

They're going to live with the result.

I'd rather build something that earns its place in their home than something that simply gets crossed off a schedule.

Complete Bathroom Transformation

This project showcases a complete bathroom renovation, transforming an outdated space into a luxurious, modern retreat.

The original built in whirlpool bath was replaced with a stunning freestanding soaker tub, elevated on a custom tiled platform and highlighted by illuminated recessed niches for a clean, spa-inspired focal point.

The enclosed acrylic shower was removed to create a spacious custom walk-in tiled shower, featuring a built in bench, recessed illuminated niches, premium fixtures, and frameless glass for an open, elegant feel.

To complete the transformation, the vanity area was modernized with a custom, black , quartz countertop, sleek faucet, expansive LED backlit mirror, and updated finishes throughout.

Every detail was carefully designed to maximize functionality, lighting, and timeless style, creating a bathroom that is both luxurious and practical.

Another backsplash completed, and the transformation never gets old.

This kitchen features beautiful Zellige-inspired tile with handcrafted character, subtle waviness, and natural color variation that brings timeless warmth and vintage charm to the space.

And that under-cabinet LED lighting? It’s the perfect finishing touch. Sometimes a little extra is exactly what’s needed to make a space feel truly exceptional. ✨

Another beautiful transformation completed by Kismet Renovations. From bright and traditional to bold, modern, and spa-inspired, this bathroom renovation completely changed the feel of the space.

The floating glow beneath the tub adds the perfect touch of luxury, while the sleek tile work, dramatic black niches, and oversized illuminated mirror bring everything together beautifully. Every detail was carefully designed to create a space that feels both elegant and relaxing.

This one has definitely become one of our favorite bathroom renovations to date.

We took a small, unfinished basement bathroom and turned it into something open, bright, and modern proof that even the smallest spaces can become something beautiful with a little vision and a lot of hard work.
