Eastern Equipment Services LTD is currently looking for a Red Seal HD Mechanic to join our team! Positions available in Newfoundland!
- Earn $50-$60/hr as an employee (would consider subcontractor)
- Fully outfitted service truck provided
- 14/14 schedule with accommodations provided
- Paid flights
- Meal allowance
- Vacation pay
Experience required:
- Excavator: Komatsu / CAT / John Deere / Hitachi
- Shovel: Hitachi / komatsu
- Haul truck: Cat 773-789, Komatsu HM400, HD785, Cat, Volvo articulated
- Dozer: Cat D6-D11, komatsu D65, D85, JD850K, 1050K,L
- Graders: Cat 14m, 16m, 24m
- Ability to work on small engines/support equipment an asset
All successful candidates must have:
- Journeyman Red Seal / I.P. Heavy Duty Mechanic Certification with 5+ years experience
- Strong work ethic
- Mining / heavy construction background, or Oil and Gas experience
- Minimum of class 5 driver’s license / clean driver's abstract
- CAT E.T, CAT SIS, Komatsu, Hitachi diagnostic experience
- exceptional electric and hydraulic troubleshooting skills
