TMM Projects is currently looking for skilled Heavy Equipment Operators (excavator, dozer, rock trucks) to join our team in Sparwood, BC.
We operate a fleet of heavy-duty equipment ranging from 5-90T excavators, D6-D11 dozers, 30-100T rock trucks, and more.
Working with TMM Projects gives you the opportunity to lodge or live in the Elk Valley (BC) or the Crowsnest Pass (AB), which together boast some of the most spectacular landscapes in Canada. These regions are renown for outdoor activities, including but not limited to skiing, hiking, biking, hunting, fishing, motorsports, etc.

TMM Projects is proud to have helped sponsor Project Heavy Duty 2023!

Project Heavy Duty introduces 24 high schools students from across the Elk Valley to the world of construction and heavy equipment. Each of the students received 1-on-1 instruction from local operators and trainers, and were given the opportunity to run a variety of different pieces of machinery over 2-days.
We are a strong supporter of training the next generation of heavy equipment operators and construction workers, so for these kids we sent only the best - Tony Zielinski!
Tony is one of our senior trainers and, when it comes to equipment and mining, he has done it all! Tony began his career in 1971 running a CAT D9 open-cabin dozer at Fording River. From there he has worked all over Canada, doing everything from equipment operation to mine management. Tony brings an incredible amount of experience and wisdom to the team, and loves to help pass it along to our up and coming operators - thank you sir!
