Greatfull to be able to help out this loyal customer, when I walked in to diagnose furnace, carbon monoxide detector was going off, and they had signs of heat exchanger failure. after replacing the furnace and dissecting it, all 3 burner tubes on the primary heat exchanger were cracked, as well as the secondary had cracks all over. Always grateful for loyal clients and helping out, especially in a situation like this one.
