A little reroof and added in R31 of 2 Lb spray foam to keep cool in the summer and warmer in the winter!

Spray foaming in the crawl space and the rim joist! There is a lot of heat loss in the rim joist, the spray foam will prevent this.

Spray foam in a crawl space. The rim joist is one area that has major heat loss, spray foam will prevent that.
