Rain is coming, and for low-lying areas in Edmonton and surrounding areas, that can mean more than just a soggy lawn. 🌧️💦⚠️

Now’s the time to take a quick walk around your foundation and check for any spots that have sunk or where water could pool 👀🏠 A little soil to improve the grade, or even a few sandbags in the right spot, can help keep water moving away from your basement instead of toward it 🪣⛏️

And while you’re at it, make sure your downspouts are down and draining properly ⬇️💧 because nothing ruins a day faster than water showing up where it was never invited 😅🚫

This white fuzz from the trees is getting a little too comfortable floating around everywhere 😤 It’s in the air, on the grass, and probably in places it has no business being. On top of that, we desperately need some moisture.

But hey, a little fuzz and a little heat won’t stop us 🌞 We’ll still be out here keeping properties clean and cared for like always.

We’ve been a little quiet on here lately... not because we disappeared, but because this is a true owner-operated business and apparently mowing grass, answering calls, chasing supplies, and running around after kids’ soccer lessons is a full-time sport too 😅⚽👨‍👩‍👧‍👦
