Like I have said before no job big or small! Here is a larger project that had alot of thought put into it. All the walls have been sanded and patched for painting, which included 2 full coats and a nice design cut into the living room ceiling. Since the bathroom gets so much moisture I did full coat of kilz primer and then 2 full coats of semi gloss.

Once that was all done it was time to move onto floors. All the floors you see in these pictures are glue down vinyl which is what I recommend. No shifting, no separating and the tile actually gets grouted in! Finishing everything off with properly caulked baseboards and it all comes together!

Is your business in need of a touch up?

Bellisima Southgate and Bellisima Sherwood Park did, so that's exactly what I gave them! Patched all the walls to get them flush, vaccume sanded everything to keep the dust down and of course, finished with a proper cut and roll paint job. Did I mention I can work around YOUR business hours so that I'm not interfering with clients? Call or message me if your business is in need of handyman services.

What a busy summer! Been a while since I made a post but I have many pictures to share. This client wanted vinyl tile carried from front door through kitchen and bathroom. In the living room we have click together vinyl plank. Both of these floors are extra thick and have corcked bottom underlayment which in my opinion is worth every penny for sound and temperature. I added all new baseboards and transitions, and while I'm there why not add a couple pot lights to the bathroom?

Why do I find tile so satisfying? I still don't know, but I do!

I ripped out those old linoleum flooring, installed Ditra underlayment and laid down the tile. The good thing about this tile is having that slight texture so it's not slippery when coming out of the shower.

Client needed a quick bathroom turn-around before their sale. I ripped down the entire ceiling, replaced mud/tape and added 2 coats of paint. I Installed a new shower surround and some crisp looking devices.

Do you have an older home with one of those annoying switched lamp receptacles like this living room did? Brighten that living room up with even lighting throughout, and control it all from a dimmer switch.

Ever seen that lifeproof flooring at home depot with the water running over it? Well here it is! The tongue and grooves of this flooring click together very well and will not easily seperate. Also, I added screws wherever I could to remove any squeeks the floor once had.
The floor is solid and quiet now. While we are at it, why not add new white trim to make it pop! If you need any vinyl, laminate, or tile flooring message me for a free estimate!

I promised there would be more posts of the basement. Well, take a look at our renovated bathroom! We chose to frame in a shower, and to tile the entire space with hexagonal design. New floor tile going all the way under the floating vanity as well. Don't forget pot lights to brighten it all up!

It has been a while since I made a post, I missed you guys! With the Covid restrictions in December, I took a step back for a temporary shut down. I am excited to announce, that I am now back open for business!
With my spare time back in December, I was working on our house. I guess it's true what they say "a mechanic works on their own car last".
