Installed a retractable awning today. Required removal of a section of siding and installation of a nailer capped in metal to match the colour of the awning.

Before, during, and completion photos. Helping out a regular client, they ran into some issues and asked if I could come in and finish things off and paint the walls for the new tenant moving in on April 25.
- Patch and prep all walls, trims, and doors.
- Apply three coats of paint to all the walls.
- Stain block and paint ceilings.
- Remove kitchen counter tops.
- Install toilets with new valves and seals.
- Install shut-offs on all water lines.
- Install a garburator on the kitchen sink.
- Re-plumb all sinks.
- Replace the kitchen tap.
- Install new wire shelving.
- Fix up water damage on the fireplace trim.
- Change out pot lights above the fireplace.
- Complete other minor repairs and adjustments throughout the unit.
Managed to get it done, and the tenant is moved in.

A unique solution to a failed overloaded wire shelf and clothes rod. A customer had requested assistance to repair a clothes rod that had fallen again and desired reinforcement to prevent future collapses. By incorporating a length of shelving material, we were able to conceal existing damage, create a solid platform for the shelf and closet rod to mount to, and upgrade the clothes rod and its supports from the flimsy wire shelf rod and support.

Unit turnover process involves preparation before, during, and after. This includes removal of carpet, washing all hard surfaces, removal of toilets, light fixtures, and mirrors. Additionally, odour and stain block ceilings, painting ceilings, walls, doors, and trim throughout, and reinstalling appliances and devices. Finally, replace vinyl flooring in the ensuite.

Starting a condo unit repaint. Walls patched up floors and windows prepped for spraying doors being sanded prior to being sprayed. When we are done it will be white on white.

Small finishing job completed. Baseboards install prehung door, install full jamb bifold and case out doors.
