Built, installed, and commissioned 3 VFD Pump Controllers for a water distribution reservoir.

Replacing the full voltage contactors with VFD's allows automated speed modulation based on output pressure which saves power and removes the need for pressure relief bypass valves. Not to mention fine tuning, reduced noise, harmonic filtering and -as always - SCADA Integration!

Cool project! Took a decommissioned control panel and relocated/repurposed it for a surface/ground water monitoring and control panel. Integrated with HCL 3rd party monitoring via flow and level transmitters. Added generator monitoring and control. Integrated 2 VFD's with feedback and control, and of course added a new PLC controller, UPS and modem with SCADA! This panel is FULL! 😄

Camrose County integration with HWY 12/21 Commission complete! This project transfered water process over to the town, integrating several digital and analog points from 3 control panels to both parties, while adding full control over SCADA. From panel design/fab to site install, VFD drive programming and Integration!

This panel replaced an existing flygt controller. We installed a remote I/O scanner and integrated it into the existing PLC and SCADA network.
