This homeowner wanted his old sliding glass door opening framed back in, moved over, and a new one installed to make room for his kitchen reno, also wanted to take down one of the walls to open his kitchen up for that open concept look. This is where it all began, but it turned into an entire basement reno; New framing, new flooring, paint, ducting, plumbing and electrical. Conducted Within A Mill Construction. More photos to come.

It's always nice to get some projects on the go, here we see a sliding glass door that needed to be removed/replaced and moved to a new location down the wall for a change in kitchen layout. An interior wall removed to give that open floor plan, and make room for a kitchen island, and some new flooring and trim.

Been a while since I posted something new, so here's a floor I've been working on, turned out quite well. (Insulated subfloor brings the basement floor up by 6-8 degrees, which is quite nice on the feet in the winter.)
