Some spaces feel especially inviting heading into the weekend.

At , the lower lounge and bar area was designed as an extension of the home’s overall architecture; warm, refined and intentionally connected to the surrounding spaces.

Clean lines and contrast come together to create an atmosphere that feels both elevated and comfortable, whether hosting friends or settling in for a quieter evening at home.

Not every staircase is meant to disappear into the background.

At Beauvista Heights, this sculptural staircase was designed to anchor the home architecturally while still maintaining openness and flow throughout the main floor.

Wrapped in vertical wood slatting, the staircase creates warmth, rhythm and subtle separation between spaces without ever feeling heavy or closed off.

Paired with expansive window lines, soft natural light and a minimal material palette, it becomes both a functional feature and a defining design moment within the home.

Some spaces are designed to be hidden away. Others are meant to be part of the experience.

At Ridge House, this glass-enclosed wine cellar acts as both storage and focal point.

Hand-plastered walls, oak rift-cut detailing, fir slat features and sculptural lighting all work together to create a space designed for lingering a little longer heading into the weekend.

Texture plays a quiet but important role in minimalist design.

At Ridge House, natural materials and clean architectural lines work together to create a home that feels warm, grounded and deeply connected to its surroundings.

From the limestone exterior to the intentional landscaping that anchors the property, every element was designed to feel custom from the very beginning.

Coming back from a long weekend with a renewed appreciation for spaces that help us focus and ease back into routine.

At , this home office was designed to feel connected to the rest of the home while still offering a sense of privacy and separation.

The textured glass allows natural light to pass through the space, creating a quiet, grounded atmosphere for work and everyday life.

A home away from home. Just not that far away.

The Bramble Garden Suite was designed to bring flexibility, function and elevated living to the backyard; whether for guests, family or modern multi-generational living.

With a two-bedroom layout, vaulted ceilings, custom millwork and a private balcony, it offers the comfort of a full home in a thoughtfully scaled footprint.

Wrapped in renewable Abodo wood cladding and designed to echo the architecture of the main residence, it’s proof that secondary spaces can still feel exceptional.

Great conversations are happening around the future of our city and we’re proud to be part of them.

Our VP, Sydney Bond (), joined on yesterday to talk about the Infill Priority Actions Plan and what it means for how our neighbourhoods grow and evolve.

Infill isn’t just policy; it’s people, homes and the opportunity to build thoughtfully within the communities we already love.

Dark stone. Clean lines. No notes.

These striking countertops by in our Obsidian Oasis project bring depth, texture and quiet confidence to the space. A perfect example of how the right material can both elevate and ground an entire room.

And if you like where this is headed… stay tuned. We’ll be sharing another new project soon.
