Frost on the windshield already. 🍂 In Edmonton that means furnaces are coming back on for the first time since spring.

Before you turn up the thermostat, do a few quick checks:
✅Swap the filter
✅Clear the space around the furnace
✅Open vents and uncover return grilles
✅Test your smoke and CO detectors

A faint burning smell on the first run is normal. That's just dust burning off.

If your furnace is getting up there in years, now's a better time to plan a replacement than a -30 night in January.

Uneven heat. Rising gas bills. Strange noises. 🏠

If your furnace is showing more than one of these, it might be telling you something bigger than a repair can fix.

Better to replace it before winter decides for you. We install furnaces, HRVs, ERVs, garage heaters, and full ductwork for basement developments and legal suites across Edmonton.

Enjoying these warm late-summer days? 🍁 They won't last, and Edmonton's first cold snap never gives much warning.

Good, fast, and fair. That's it.

Wildfire smoke in Edmonton again. 💨😮‍💨

Closing the windows helps, but it doesn't do much about what's already circulating inside your house. If your HRV is pulling in smoky air, or you just want cleaner air year-round, we can help.

We install and service Sanuvox UV air purification systems and set up HRVs to actually work the way they should for Alberta conditions.

Worth a conversation, especially before heating season hits and everything gets sealed up tight.
