Why “price per square foot” fails in construction

Most people believe the value of a project can be measured by dividing cost by total square footage. While this sounds simple, it creates a false comparison.

👉 Two projects with the same square footage can have completely different framing costs depending on:
• Structural hardware requirements
• Geometry and detailing
• Site conditions and sequencing

Square footage measures size — not complexity or craftsmanship.

How much do you think framing should cost per Square Foot?

🌀 Curves Built with Craft, Backed by Capability
This architectural radius wall wasn’t prefab. It wasn’t outsourced. Every stud was measured, cut, and installed onsite—framed into a perfect curve on a round footing with full structural integrity.

It’s not just about having the right tools (like the crane and telehandler we featured earlier)—it’s about knowing how to use them. From layout to lift, every move was planned to bring a complex vision to life with precision and ease.

This is where craftsmanship meets capability.
This is where design becomes structure.
This is how we build what others won’t.

Built for the Heavy Lifting
Our GEHL RS6-42 telehandler doesn’t just move material — it keeps our workflow agile and efficient across challenging terrain and complex builds.

Curved steel, tall wall sections, custom framing components — all staged and installed with purpose. The right tools make it possible. The right team makes it happen.

🔩 Framing with precision. Building with intention.

Precision Lifting for Precision Builds
When your project calls for complex lifts and curved architectural forms, this beast delivers. Our Manitou MRT 2150 with 12’ winch jib, adjustable forks, and a 4’x12’ man basket gives us the reach, control, and versatility to meet the demands of modern design.

From structural steel to curved walls — we’re not just framers. We’re builders of the impossible.
