Water supply upgraded to 1" PEX. Shout out to Steve Curylo Plumbing.
Foundation dug out repaired and sealed.
Lawn graded.
Done during one of the hottest weeks of the year.

Very happy to announce a new team member that has 10 plus years Restoration moldy basements wet walls. Water damage. We now have an expert in remediation. Not sure if most people know this. You do not have to use your contractor that is referred by your insurance company as a homeowner. You have the right to pick and choose who can do the work for you. Just keep that in mind

The results of incorrect install.
The previous home owner diy guy, had no protective plastic vapour barrier between the cement floor and the wood.
Cement sweats and wood becomes a sponge.
This is a must do to remove.
