As the season begins, we’re off to a great start.
Construction has resumed on Viola Léger Street with services being installed, and our first custom home of the year is now underway.

La saison débute et nous sommes déjà à l’œuvre.

FERMETURE DE RUE
Les travaux envers la construction de nos 10 édifices à appartements vont débuter ce lundi 2 juin. Cette première étape consiste à l'installation des services latéraux d'aqueduc et d'égoûts. Pour cela, le chemin Melanson entre la rue Centrale et le chemin Bourque sera complètement fermé à la circulation entre le lundi 2 juin au lundi 9 juin 2025. Un détour sera érigé. Nous nous excusons pour toutes inconveniences que ceci pourrait causer.

STREET CLOSURE
Construction work on our 10 apartment buildings will begin this Monday, June 2nd. This first stage involves installing lateral water and sewer services. To accomplish this, Melanson Road between Centrale Street and Bourque Road will be completely closed to traffic from Monday, June 2nd to Monday, June 9th 2025. A detour will be installed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
