There are 2 sides to every situation - we just arent participating on social media.

Richie had me post this from him a few days ago - then the post came down shortly after. So, Richie wanted me to post for him this one time, and one time only (same post - just linked on our account now).

Richie’s not here to have confrontations over social media. Richie isn’t one for social media otherwise he would have his own profile, and he is definitely not one for aired conflicts over social media. It’s not who he is or how he communicates with clients.

Rich feels bad regarding this situation but has made every attempt to contact and complete that job.

Richie apologizes for anybody who is reading this conflict.

We will not be participating regarding social media posts.

Statement: It saddens me that I have to create a response to social media accusations and slandering posts but here we are.

“Due to the unforeseen wildfires of the summer of 2025, where we were ALL EVACUATED from our homes and our communities for a month - jobs that were supposed to be completed during that time period obviously and unfortunately did not get done. Instead, jobs were pushed back (due to being 4 weeks behind schedule).

Richie is only one person, and can only do one job at a time. It is unfortunate that the proposed timelines will not be met but he is STILL committed to doing his contracts and obligations. All we ask is for a bit of patience. You are not forgotten - he is doing the best he can to catch up, but the start of the summer was completely ripped away from us all. We cannot get that time back.

So. With that being said, please stop the harassment, slandering comments, and downright awful posts regarding Richie and have an actual conversation. Richie has been transparent from the start with how this summer is now rolling out to be for prior priorities and obligations.”

He’s working his butt off and literally can’t be in more place than one - as much as he would even like to be.

Full bedroom Reno! Water was getting in through the window - Richie fixed that all up, took the rug out and put new U-Lay flooring in, new exterior insulation and insulation in the attic, new dry wall on ceiling and walls - fresh colour matched paint so the same colour was used in this bedroom ☺️ Richie also left an easy access panel to this clients plumbing!
