We have recently completed a studio design at 460 ft2. Sleep up to 6-8 adults with a loft it is an ultimate compact ski cabin or deluxe back yard studio with lofted natural wood ceilings and floor.

With it's solid wood shell construction and vapour open wall assembly - these homes are built for maximum comfort, healthy living and long term durability. With a large thermal mass they remain warm in the winter and stay cool in the summer. This model includes a compact kitchen and appliances.

We have recently completed a Carriage house design that stays within typical zoning constraints for second dwellings. This 960 ft2 open concept home has lofted natural wood ceilings and can be built over a three bay carport for a true carriage house layout.
