Another week. Another fence.
Just finished this fence relocate for a home that was losing 5ft off of their 70ft wide lot. Thats 310sqft back in their yard. 6ft high good neighbour fence with 1ft of privacy lattice. 75ft total install.
10 new 12ft post cemented as the other post where only 18" in the ground and not cemented. Fence was falling over. PREVIOUS FENCE BUILT JUST 2 YEARS AGO by someone else. Lots of big heavy rock.

50 ft of 6ft high privacy fencing with lattice completed this week. 3 days on site solo for demolition and installation.

Another one complete.
This 16ft x 14ft x 4ft high pool deck with self closing gate came together very smoothly and in great time.
5 days onsite solo. 32 hours.
The customer had quite a wait time on pool guys, weather and some personal events I had happen in my own life.
Thankfully I was able to complete this for them.
I am extremely grateful for their patience and understanding through these difficult times.
I hope they enjoy their new deck with family and friends while sitting pool side in the summer months for many years to come.

52 ft of 5ft high privacy fence completed over the weekend. Two double car door gates and one 4ft man gate. 3 days, 14 hours onsite.
This makes 915ft of linear fencing completed this year despite all of the set backs with family issues, moving and all of the rain.
Over 12,000 linear ft (3.66km) of fencing since 2018 has been installed by Cold Nation Renovation from Cornwall to Brockville and much more to come.

What do I do when it rains?
Well between last night and this morning I spent about 4 hours total and less than $200 in material building this wishing well to cover and keep our well pipe in the front yard under cover.
RX foam sheeting will be applied to the interior in the winter to help insulate the well from frost.
I could not locate a proper one in the area or a good substitute online.
If you can't find it, then build it.
Built entirely out of pressure treated lumber.

I have began back at work this week unfortunately with a bad cold and I'm really backed up due to the rain and weather.
Finally have a daycare provider for my daughter and my wife is back at home slowly beginning to recover.
Thank you for your patience I will try to catch up on jobs and get as much done as I can before winter arrives.
It has been a rough month due to several unfortunate events but keeping my head held high and pushing forward.
We have officially relocated to the Brockville area now as our primary residency.
