The last post is a few pictures of the house that one of my renters left when they left. The specific person was three months behind on rent. We tried to help her by giving her jobs she wouldn’t show we got her job just other people same thing wouldn’t show would not let us in the house when we went there to try and look it over she was supposed to be gone in February. We give her extensions and she never paid rent for over four months. This is what happens when you try to help people.
