Muskoka is genuinely difficult to explain until you have been.

The lakes are extraordinary. The seasons all bring something worth showing up for. The summers are full and the winter months have their own kind of magic.

We are probably biased but we have been building cottages here for three generations and the views still make us stop and stare.

At Kilworthy, we’re putting the details in now that will make this space comfortable and useful all year long. In-floor heat helps keep the floor of a garage nice and dry, even in wet snowy weather, and for the living quarters upstairs, it helps keep things toasty even when it’s freezing.

Before the first wall goes up, there’s a lot happening behind the scenes.

For our Orillia project, we’re working through permits, surveys, test holes and site planning to make sure every part of the build is right for the property.

It may look like nothing is happening yet, but this is where a lasting cottage begins.

Because when you’re building a place for generations to come, doing it right from day one matters.
