A little behind the scenes at Cut Right Contracting and a chance to get to know the guy behind the business.

For those who don't know me, my name is Daken. I'm the owner of Cut Right Contracting and, when I'm not working on job sites, I'm a full-time dad to two amazing little girls.

Running a business and raising two young daughters definitely keeps me busy, but being able to show my girls what hard work looks like and have them tag along with Dad once in a while is something I wouldn't trade for anything.

These little girls are some of my biggest motivation, and you may occasionally spot them hanging around the job site, checking out the equipment, or helping Dad in their own way.

Cut Right Contracting is more than just a business to me. It's something I'm building for my family and something I take pride in every single day.

We brought in a couple loads of gravel and used our skid steer to level and prepare the area, creating a solid and reliable parking pad for our client's RV.

Out with the old and in with the new!

We recently completed this deck demolition and rebuild in Cold Lake south.

The old deck boards were removed and replaced with a fresh, sturdy new surface, giving this outdoor space a whole new look and making it ready to be enjoyed again.

All that’s left is for our custom lattice to arrive so we can finish off underneath the deck and tie everything together with a clean, polished finish.
