Mary st is moving right along. Rewired the house, had new plumbing and tub installed. Drywallers have finished. Painters have been in and white washed the house and now on to flooring. Main floor kitchen and fireplace this week.

Started a new project this week in Oshawa. Full renovatian on a 50’s built bungalow. Everyone wants open concept these days. New wrap around kitchen Goin in with 5’ island quartz countertops, under cabinet lights and pot lights throughout. More pictures to follow.

Project is coming along fine. We should be painting by the weekend. Lol. Roofers are here tomorrow. Ruined my hand model...
