This 10x16 poolhouse was meant to be seen. 11 feet high with a large shelf over the door and windows, 2 4x3 windows and a frosted glass door let in light and reflect the pool landscaping while the roll up door on the end makes it perfect for utility and winter storage.

Our customer was looking for a bright, open-style enclosed gazebo, and this build delivered exactly that.

✨ Key Features:
Roof Style: A sleek hip/cottage style roof system finished with dual black laminate shingles.

Natural Light: We maximized the "open" feel by installing two large 48" x 36" vinyl windows and two 30" x 60" vinyl windows. The result? A sun-drenched, versatile entertainment area.

The Finishing Touch: We added pressure-treated wood skirting to provide a clean, polished look while keeping those unwanted critters out from under the structure.
